sdskinsfan2001 12-07-2021, 04:26 PM That's what I posted a "BACON CLUB"!!;)
When I used to go to church with my parents, we would usually go get lunch. That's basically what I ordered every single time. I love those things. Brings back being a kid and they're just damn good.

Mayo on a BLT - duh - just can't be dripping like Matty said. Also I'm not buying Duke's again, had them with my turkey sandwiches last week and it tasted seriously off. Sticking with Kraft from now on, Hellmann's not bad either.

Yeah I've tried the Dukes and like you said something is not right with it. Nothing against Kraft but we have always had Hellmann's .
I've been hooked on making garlic noodles lately, here's what I do
- Mince up 5-6 cloves of garlic (use fresh, not the shit in the jar)
- Boil up half a box of thin spaghetti
- In a pan heat up 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tbsp olive oil, toss the garlic in over medium heat, add red pepper flakes, don't burn the garlic just let it get golden brown
- In a bowl mix up 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of fish sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Worcestershire. I also add in a few shots of Sriracha and some Huy Fong garlic chili sauce. Mix all that sauce up, drain your pasta, set aside 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
- Toss the pasta into the pan with the garlic, butter and olive oil. Add in the oyster/fish sauce concotion, stir all that shit up and add in the 1/4 cup of pasta water. Once everything tightens up, add a generous amount of grated cheese, preferably Locatelli pecorino romano. You can also sprinkle on some diced green onion if you're feeling fancy. These noodles are great on their own or you can add in some shrimp too.
punch it in 12-08-2021, 12:29 PM I could definitely veganize that^. Sounds fuckin delicious.
Sweating the garlic they call that. My wife is a garlic burner! [emoji35]
Chico23231 12-09-2021, 10:36 AM Guilty pleasure, a good cheeseburger. What’s your favorite burger
Where is your favorite burger spot?
I must admit, 5 guys does a great burger, but that fuckin is terrible for your health. I usually get one once, twice a year delicious. Probably my no 1
This will sound blasphemy, but Longhorns…the steak place…does a big, juicy burger. Underrated.
Fast food style, Burger King the whopper is the best. And yes, leave the mayo
5 guys is pretty damn good, honestly it's been forever since I've had BK or McD for a burger. If I had to pick one fast food place for a burger I'd go Wendy's. I mostly hit local joints for a good burger though.

Matty goes full chef here. Not bad, might try.
Whenever I’m in Lidle I pick up this prepared local food they sell: cold Asian style sesame noodles. So simple, so good.
