So we can't tax the rich, who do we tax? Do we stop taxing? Then the feds have no money, what does that solve? Oh I get it, the feds get their tax money from the lower and middle class. We have to be the ones that pay for everything, because taxing anyone who makes more than 400k a year won't solve anything. :rolleyes:

The problem with government, is once you give them a dollar, they never give it back. They will just find something else to spend it on if the original reason for needing it is gone. Then if you try to cut 1 dollar off the budget, you hate the military or you hate poor people or you're a racist, etc. etc.

Any tax plan that doesn't start with massive reductions in the federal budget is a waste of time. No tax plan will ever raise enough money to keep up with what the government spends.

Government spending is not a good thing. Every dollar they take is one less dollar not in the economy. Spending should be limited to what is absolutely required to be spent on. Not a penny more.

Where I most disagree with Democrats is, Democrats think government is inherently good, as long as the right people are running it. I think the government is inherently a necessary evil, that must be fought, challenged, limited, no matter who is running it. Biggest way to challenge them is to control how much they're allowed to take from us.

I've been misinformed my whole life. People shitting on our sovereignty and breaking our laws, are actually a gift to our country. They aren't U.S. citizens, so I can't call them patriots, but they're probably better than patriots. I'm just too stupid to understand it.
