From what I've gathered, seems like a big kid with good hands and athleticism, but he needs to work on his route running and he struggles with press coverage.

Put 10-15+ lbs on him and make him an H-back / TE....he is strong 22 reps on the BP

Yes Liberty is a small school, but in 2 games against ACC opponents Antonio Gandy-Golden went for 12 catches for 179 yards and a TD. He cooked Syracuse.
