The O-line has not been the problem. It's not even top 5 of the problems.

Sorry chief we are getting manhandled in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

Absolutely. TH aint our franchise quarterback and wasn’t supposed to even be starting. Happy to have him as a backup and I believe this is like his third start ever? I just cannot put our offensive struggles on his shoulders first and foremost. Its Turner. O line is right up there though. You give us McVay back and a solid oline and nobody is complaining about Tyler.
There is no coach in the NFL that is going to do much with TH at center for any long period of time.
You tell me your dream HC/OC and where they are now; then remove whom ever their current starting QB is and replace him with TH. There is ZERO chance that offense isn't taking several steps backwards.

Why am I suddenly the President of the TH fan club? Lol. For the last time I absolutely do not think he is a long term starter but he is not problem numero uno on this offense.
This is basically his third game with us including TB last year. He balled out in two of them. He was not good yesterday and that was a damn good defense. The playcalling has been atrocious. The drops. The penalties. Those aren’t on TH. We are going to trade for or draft a quarterback in the near future but that is not going to fix everything. No way.

TH is what he is, an undrafted guy that can make some plays here and there. Tony Romo was a fluke undrafted stud QB.. Kurt Warner too.. That happens once every 20 years maybe.

That's not what the #s say.
QB pressures: tied for 10th in the league with 19 total QB pressures (worst is 33)
QB pressure %: 16th with 18.1% of drop backs ending in pressure (worst is 29%)
Sacks allowed: 1st with 3 allowed (worst is 15)

Agreed. The O line wasnt getting a great push on runs yesterday but gave Heinike good pass pro.
He had time to step back, plant the foot, clean pocket .. he just wasnt getting the ball out on time and in rythym.
A lot of clutch, clutch, tuck and run or clutch, clutch, scramble take dump off to a guy just standing still bc his route ended 2 seconds ago.
Im waiting for some film breakdown to see if it was good coverage D or Heinike hesitant bc he doesnt know how to read/throw with anticipation ... or both.
Most of his throws and releases were after a guy made their break.
Its his 3rd start .. but it looks like backyard college intramural football where the most athletic guy is the QB who holds the ball then just tucks and runs 50% of the plays.

That'll happen here from time to time.
Fuck it, it's Monday, fill my kool-aid back up. Chase gets 2+ sacks on Sunday.
JDR - Just as an FYI, you are allowed to run stunts in the NFL.

Yep, he's not pressured all that much, yet he scrambles more than every other QB besides Daniel Jones and Lamar Jackson.

JP said it best, TH has been getting lucky with a lot of his passes for a while now and it finally caught up to him.
I don't know if this is on Scott or TH, but I feel like they are always looking for the deep pass. We don't need a deep bomb on every play and TH is not Mahommes. In a game where we needed to control the clock and keep the Bills offense on the sidelines, that didn't happen.
I still think we have the talent on offense to focus on running the ball, short and screen passes to allow us to control the clock and keep the opponent's offense off the field.
