Florida this week became the third US state to record a million coronavirus cases and yet the public there has been misled by state leadership about the extent and dangers of the pandemic, especially in the run-up to the presidential election, an investigation has concluded.
Governor Ron DeSantis’s administration has been engaged in a pattern of spin and concealment about Covid-19 amid the gravest health threat the state has ever faced, according to a South Florida Sun Sentinel investigation.
Coronavirus in Miami<br>epa08544306 Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis holds a press conference regarding COVID-19 at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, USA, 13 July 2020. To date, Florida is up to 282,435 confirmed cases with 4,277 resident deaths associated with the Coronavirus, according to the Florida Department of Health, Division of Disease Control and Health Protection.
According to the newspaper, Republican DeSantis influenced a state administration that “suppressed unfavorable facts, dispensed dangerous misinformation, dismissed public health professionals, and promoted the views of scientific dissenters” who supported the governor’s ambivalent approach to the disease.

Lol..what about..
Most of these articles have been debunked, mention clowns like Rebeka Jones who has been throughly discredited, old, unfounded…
Many are mad that no evidence have been found that discredits DeSantis covid reporting numbers on the day 12k deaths have been added, covered up by the disgraced NY mayor. I get it.
Look it’s bad what’s happening in Florida, Mississippi, California, etc

SunnySide 08-31-2021, 03:40 PM An Army veteran who served two tours in Afghanistan died in Texas from a treatable illness all because no ICU beds were available.
Daniel Wilkinson, 46, fell ill on Aug. 21, his mother, Michelle Puget, told Fox News. The next day, the family took him to an emergency room near their Bellville home, where he was diagnosed with gallstone pancreatitis.
Puget said the doctors told her they knew how to treat him and that all was needed was to get him to an ICU bed.
Unfortunately, the Bellville hospital was not equipped with the necessary equipment or personnel needed for the operation Wilkinson needed. Because of the surge of the delta variant of COVID-19, hospitals have been overwhelmed with patients and there were no ICU beds available for Wilkinson.
ARKANSAS RUNS OUT OF INTENSIVE CARE BEDS FOR COVID PATIENTS: ‘CRITICAL’
The doctors and nurses, Puget said, "called all the hospitals in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Colorado and couldn’t get him a bed."

Man I don't know how our medical professionals are doing it right now, seems likely in the future we're going to see a lot of them with PTSD, substance abuse issues, etc. So frustrating when there's a legit light at the end of the tunnel with the vaccines, yet some would rather not get it or inject themselves with horse dewormer. How the hell did we get here?

This is hitting really close to home right now. Thankful all the hospitals my dad has been in for the last 3 months have had room for him, even if it took a while to get a bed.

They already have it, I see it firsthand every time I'm in a hospital as of late. I don't know how some of them are pretending to be cheerful and enthusiastic when I'm there. Imagine working an essential life saving job and treating people who are convinced you don't know what you're doing. Or treating patients who are wondering why you won't approve using Ivermectin to treat covid. It makes me curious to wonder how many have left the field because they can't take it anymore.

Two of the FDA's top vaccine regulators, Marion Gruber and Phil Krause, are leaving the agency
The Biden administration left a bad taste within the science community last month after officials said booster doses of the mRNA vaccines would be available for Americans starting Sept. 20, pending FDA evaluation of data.
But many vaccine researchers thought the Biden administration neutered the FDA by saying boosters were going to happen on a specific date, even though the FDA's review had barely begun.
Welp

I’m certainly not advocating Ivermectin, but we got here because around the world in 3rd world countries with terrible healthcare systems used it out of desperation and their cases plummeted. Case in point is India. I work with several teams in India daily…it was terrible there. There hasn’t been substantially research to say Ivermectin worked or any significant data, but this is how we got there. Ivermectin is actually prescribed for human use as well.
When it comes to treatment , the guy who got it right was Ronny D and his push for monoclonal antibodies. Extremely effective. Now we are seeing other states pushing for these sites to open and get in operation. This is a policy/operation strategy which should be adapted all over the country.
Just funny when people pick and choose to believe in science. FDA approved vaccine? Fuck no. Horse dewormer? I'm all in. FFS.
