I was saying the Mann text are weak.

Right but that's not the main event. 15+ women alleging harassment is. Only a couple women besides the reporters were even willing to put their name on it. I'm sure the Post wasn't happy about using the Mann story too considering that was open to interpretation of the texts. But when you only have a couple women willing to speak openly about it that's what they had to run with.

It was only a matter of time before the “witch hunt” bullshit started. Lol. All of those women lied! They wanted it! [emoji849][emoji849][emoji849]

Who said that?

You have got to be the most insensitive poster on here.

I agree with you guys the Mann text's are the weakest but I think the main point is that he is in a position of leadership on the team and the women were subordinates. I can't speak for your guys organizations but we have annual sexual harassment training we have to complete in mine. The Mann scenario is right in the training program. To me you cannot put yourself in that position ever.

Personally, I refuse to even go out to lunch with the women at work, even in a group. I've been asked and politely declined, citing "Sorry, I have a lot of work to do".

1.) Their word against mine - never goes well for a man with H.R.

2.) Just the appearance of someone that knows me seeing me out with a woman who is not my wife. I'm happily married and 100% faithful. My wife doesn't even care if I would, but I don't.

We also have this. Every year you do the training, pass the test, and sign the form. It's basically liability so if you fuck up you can't say you weren't aware of the rules.

I guarantee the Redskins probably had something similar. Maybe not a yearly form, but when you sign up I guarantee they make you sign something acknowledging the rules. Specifically for cases like this, they will pull out the form and say "see, Santos/etc. signed the form, it's on them for violating the rules." And if worst comes to worst Dan will say he let Allen run business/football ops and it never was brought to Dan's attention. He's covered.

That’s the DS failure. He will spend money on salary cap and people think he spends money but he doesn’t. Anything coming out of his pocket like facilities or equipment or having a HR dept or hiring competent people who require competitive pay ... basically everything behind the curtain is dollar store. We are like the bengals. Hearing reporters talking about the facilities vs other team is embarrassing.

We will never compete with the likes of the Pats. The Vikings just got a new facility so now I think we have the oldest smallest facility in the league.

Some business side of football news:

Big business news for Washington football as Terry Bateman gets named EVP and Chief Marketing Officer. My guess is that means Ron Rivera doesn’t have to answer so many questions on business ops.
