I do not think it is about the team’s culture. From what I have heard the culture was actually damn good.... [emoji849]
Edit: damn Mooby I was driving and couldn’t say this fast enough apparently. Probably good as you used links....

It'll certainly be interesting when it breaks. The fact that the other owners want out speak the greatest to me. Almost like they're suddenly aware of something and want as far away as possible. Whatever it is, it reeks of scandal and massive disorganization (predictably). Not drawing any conclusions but the smoke is thick.

Apparently Diana Russini is the media the tweet is referring to about the media (Russini) fucking the FO (Scot McC and possibly others) in exchange for scoops. McC's wife sent a tweet to Russini (https://ftw.usatoday.com/2015/09/dianna-russini-scot-mccloughan-jessica-tweets-lewd-apology) once asking her how many bj's she had to give to get a story.
That's old news and isn't even shocking in the mainstream media, especially ESPN.
Whatever it is, that might explain how a coach as incompetent as Jay Gruden kept his job for 5+ years. He may have been involved, or an integral part of something going on, or knew something on someone.
I also urge everyone not to get caught up in this media teasing...if they had a huge story, why not just come out with it instead of holding it for days and days? Usually, media companies race to release something first...so perhaps this is all just BS to get clicks and Twitter likes for a week as they tease a story that's not even a story. Josh Norman is always angry at someone too.
Reminds me of the Russian hoax reporting.

From what I was told Jay was def involved and that makes sense to why he lasted so long.
Also got this
"I hope one comes forward as I know Larry Michael had a lawsuit against him. They settled with the lady of course but it seems more like a buyout to stay quiet. I hope the article exposes all of this stuff. I remember hearing about Mike Shanahan involved with after game activities in the suits as well."
