#Redskins (https://twitter.com/hashtag/Redskins?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) are releasing CB Josh Norman, source says. Intriguing situation to watch, as he now has time to find his new team ahead of free agency.

So by this release I guess he has lost a step and was not just hurt. I think he took getting bench very well better then expected and played hard for the skins. Wish him the best.

I wish Norman the best. Had some good years then declined a good bit. Didnt live up to the contract but he was an asset, dont remember him missing too much time and took the benching this season well.

I second this as well...had high hopes for him, but he never lived up to his contract here. He was so great with the kids at training camp also. I thought maybe there was a chance he'd renegotiate his contract and be back under Rivera's defense. I guess there's a chance he's played his last game.

he was good the first couple seasons and then fell off, age does that too. He'll be lucky to start anywhere else
