Better throw a running back in there, only consistently healthy running back on the Redskins the last couple years is 34 years old.

Yep. You trade Trent and Ryan for picks in the first three rounds. You take Chase Young in the first round and some combination of a tackle, a running back, and a corner in rounds 2 and 3.

Trent Williams will be back watch and see

How is he going to backtrack on throwing the medical staff under the bus?

They will bring in a new medical and training with the Coach and GM

Let's be honest here, has the training or medical staff really redeemed themselves this season?

It's a rhetorical question. No they haven't. It's gonna be a clean start this offseason.

The fans still know he’s full of shit and hurt the team and fans by choosing to sit. Get rid of him, his true colors came out after his dog killed his neighbors dog, his attitude was shitty.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say his dog killing his neighbor's dog isn't gonna factor into his work evaluation.

The question is:

With all the needs we have this offseason, do you bite the bullet and try to reconcile with Trent to push LT back 1-2 seasons? I don't want him on a LTD, but we have a lot of needs and obviously they won't all be filled. If you get rid of him, we're creating one more, that also becomes a top priority because of how critical the position is.

Also while it's on my mind, Hale Hentges (hope I spelled that right) impressed somewhat in his limited action, I'd bring him back for next year. Top priority for me would be signing a TE1, then I'd draft a TE2 in the later rounds, cut Sprinkle and bring back Hentges as TE3.
