Browns do have a 2 year window before their core will need to be resigned/shipped out. garrett, baker, ward, chubb, greedy, bitonio. They have 61M in cap and releasing Vernon gets them 15.5M in cap savings with no dead money, lb Kirksey gets them another 6.7 or so. He survived all the firings from earlier this offseason in Cleveland and has been put in charge of the team.
