1. Fired Bruce Allen ASAP. This sends a signal to the team - time for s new culture and no more toadism. New GM is the Redskins director of their scouting chief KYLE SMITH. He’d done great in the last two year bringing and building though the draft. Give Kyle Smith the reins to build a WINNING CULTURE.

Fire Gruden ASAP, replace with the OC, O’Connell - he could be the next McVay or Shanahan.

Fire Manusky. Let The new GM see if we can entice a quality DC from the NFL with a full 5 yr guaranteed contract. This defense has good players but poor leadership. A really good DC could turn this around quickly.
