That's the Danny Loser culture for you. I'd rather have Haskins than Jay though. So for the love of all things good ONLY hire a HC if he absolutely wants Haskins to be his franchise QB. Most coaches are going to want their own guy, not the owners. Jay starting Colt is a big Fuck You to Dan. He wants to get fired cause he has some serious paychecks coming this year and next. I think Jay truly wants what's best for the guys in the locker room. He's not interested in grooming a raw rookie that was the owners pick.
