I guess we know who wasn't listening when Gibbs said don't embarrass the Redskins

Would be kind of funny if the first call he made in jail was to Gibbs, after all these months of not answering his calls..."Hey Coach....just returning your call"

Too bad SportsCurmudgeon isn't around for this. He'd totally get off on this. A thread like this is like Internet porn for Curmudgeon.

MEATHEAD!!!

Let's delve into the mind of 1 Sean Taylor for a moment shall we, I can't comprehend what would make this hump with all he has and go out and essentially do a drive by? Regardless if someone stole his SUV or not, this kid should be thrown into jail for 5 years and see if that doesn't straighten him out, talk about a kid who had absolutly no guidance with his upbringing, I would throw his parent's in jail along side of him! His father is a cop as well, what a joke that must be!

WITHOUT CONDONING HIS ALLEGED ACTIONS, as usual, let's gain some perspective people... Cutting or trading him isn't an option.. IF he's charged, which seems likely, what are the chances that the charge will stay aggravated assault? For a first time offender, the charge will likely be reduced to reckless endangerment. He probably won't face any jail time and will be on probation, like probably 8-10% of the rest of the players in the NFL. Not to mention the whole 'innocent until proven guilty' thing.. Remember how everyone panicked and rushed to condem him on the DUI? Let's wait until the situation resolves itself completely before cleaning out his locker..

Hate to say it by I agree with this. Remember what happened with Ray Lewis.

Goddamn Hurricanes - they're all f*ckin crazy and we got the cream of the crop. And I get cursed for being a Notre Dame fan...

Someone's got to get this nut under control. Let him direct his anger onto the field, like he did to that Steeler guy.

I don't know how much more Gibbs can take at this point. Poor guy comes back to pull us out of the grave and he has to deal with Taylor, Arrington, Coles, Samuels, Moss... Hang in there coach.

So we've probably lost ST for the season (regardless of whether he's innocent/guilty). Now the 2004 defense returns without Taylor, Pierce, or Smoot. What does this mean for our defense?
How do you figure he's lost for the season? He's not being held without bail, the team/league can't do anything to him until the legal process is complete, there's no way he goes to trial for at least 6 months.. Seriously, the overreaction is amazing here fellas..

Taylor pointed a firearm at a person during a dispute over an allegedly stolen ATV and demanded to know where the vehicle was, said Miami-Dade police spokeswoman Linda O'Brien.

Now this is a far cry from shooting at a house. Again, NOT CONDONING THE ALLEGED ACTIONS, but I don't know too many first time offenders who are in lockdown for pointing a gun at someone. Everyone take 3 deep breaths and calm the hell down...

Hey Sean! Note from Gibbs, whattaya want for your house in DC?
I'm Sean Taylor, and I'm just here to bring Armagaeddon!
Fox Sports radio reports Sean Taylor will turn himself Saturday after being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The Redskins star safety in deep trouble. He reportedly fired shots at the home of people he believed had stolen an all-terrain vehicle of his. Taylor has been holding out of Redskins camp all summer in hopes of a new contract. This incident could keep him away from Washington for a while longer. Jun. 4 - 1:12 pm et

Anyone out there still interested in arguing that it's fine for ST to be down in Miami instead of being at Redskins Park? I can stand this guy and the rest of his "U" hoodlum buddies...

I agree, saying he's done for the year already is jumping the gun a bit, our fine legal system doesn't work that fast fellas

there are conflicting stories.
one report says taylor shot at a persons home.
another says he pointed a gun at someone then left only to come back to beat him up.

either way, he will probably plead to a lesser charge. do community service and the nfl will suspend him for the first 4 games.
its true our legal system takes far too much time to prosecute someone but i cant image ST actually wanting the case to go to trial.

with that said, i still would rather have ST than that pu$$y winslow. i kinda like having a crazy stupid mother f**ker out there at FS.
