Plus if he couches it in medical and not just money he maintains his standing as a locker room leader looking out for all the players. The only thing I have read which is disconcerting to me is that there supposedly is no dialogue right now. I see that as a negative, when combined with the team's desparate search for a competent LT. It's almost the exact reverse of when a team tells a player to go out and see what the market bears. TW is letting the team find out that there is no supply of competent LT's and hopes they will see it his way and up his contract. They better.
