I would keep Colt simply because he can come in and start for a week or two. He'll be able to run the offense. He can also come off the bench and play well if needed.
Moving forward the Redskins need to start drafting a QB every year. Guys get hurt, under perform. They have totally mismanaged the QB position for too many years.

I agree with keeping Colt McCoy, but I disagree with Drafing a QB every year.

If Haskins doesn't show true franchise QB potential by 2021 , I would look at another QB early but I believe he will

I def think we should keep Colt on the team. I anxiously await him entering a meaningless game, during the meaningless season, only to be blindsides and broken. It is his destiny.

no shit. Another example of Jay's guy doing zilch for this team.
Could cut him and Vernon Davis and invested in a decent TE, because Jordan Reed destiny is calling already.
Can we get a poll up on either what Reed will injure first or the amount of games missed this year?

Colt is so bad, I really don't understand the love he gets from some fans. The dude can never ever stay healthy and when he does play it's at a very avg level.

Didn't his one win as a Redskin come against the Cowboys? I think that is the team Redskin fans hate most, I know I do.

I just looked it up, it was Monday night, on the road and the 20-17 win came in OT plus the Cowboys were 6-1 before the game. Since he is 0-1 in the play-offs and has a .444 winning percentage that would be considered an epic win for a Jay Gruden coached team. That was almost 5 years ago and Colt has been nothing but a disappointment since then.
I wouldn't be shocked if Colt wins the job in camp. If he's healthy he's got a big edge on Keenum as far as knowing the offense inside and out.
