This price seems to high to me...

"Kadar believes that Washington and Arizona will conduct a trade sending their 2018 first-round selection, quarterback Josh Rosen, to Washington for the 15th, and 65th overall picks in this years' draft."

The fact that Redskins.com is linking to it, and the fact that JP Finlay keeps pointing to an aggressive move coming, is a blatant and clear attempt by Snyder and Allen to drum up offseason intrigue to try to drive interest in ticket sales.

I think the slow ticket sales last year put them firmly back in the mode of trying to be offseason champs. If that comes in the form of trading two high picks for Rosen (it wont) then we’ll know they’ve come full circle to retard mode. If they pull off an aggressive offseason with sensible use of resources then they may actually bring back the fans and save Gruden’s job.

We’ll see which it is. They could screw the pooch in a lot of ways besides overpaying for Rosen.

Ugh... All I want is to keep the 15 and not make a friggin 'Jake Locker' type reach for a QB. Fucking Bruce and Co. Better not f this shit up.

That trade would not make any sense

That trade would not make any senseAgree.

Cooley said on Sheehan's pod he flat out wasn't worth a first. If it was less than a first it would get interesting.

He is on the team payroll now. I doubt he would be talking about the guy who they're about to over pay for isn't even worth a first.

I agree.

I think the fact that redskins.com is posting a story that we’re trading a 1st and 3rd for Rosen is to accomplish two things:

1) Get the fan reaction to the idea of trading for Rosen.
2) Make Bruce look like a shrewd negotiator when the trade goes through for something less.

My money is on our second. Or perhaps our first with the cards sending us Rosen and the 33rd pick, but no more than that.

Also the fact that it is on the team site tells u that Rosen in their #1 option, getting fans excited to buy those #3 jerseys
