The Redskins named Nate Kaczor as their new special teams coach. He had interviewed with them earlier in the week. Kaczor spent the last three years with Tampa Bay; he served in the same capacity with Tennessee from 2013-15.

Guys I know we are down on the coaches of this team and I’m not a fan of Snyder and Allen at all but can you imagine having to work everyday and try instill winning while working for a company that undermines you.. which is what Allen and Snyder do. No coaches want to come here .. look at the way they had interviews for D cordinator while Manusky is still here! Who would want to work here..? The coaches biggest job here is overcoming the front office circus ! I could see Gruden getting fired and having success with another team .. the issues with skins run way deeper than any coach is gonna change .. Mcvay would have a hard time winning with this team .. until somehow Allen is gone or Snyder is not the owner(fat chance) I’m afraid all the coaching changes are not gonna mean zilch..

Kinda looks like Ray Liotta...Special teams were decent last year, hope we can keep that ball rolling.

It's completely anecdotal, but we didn't block one, and were never really made the other teams pay with big returns.

I thought our return coverage units were very solid. Way and Hop were probably a top five kicking combo...so they bare a lot of credit and probably the most visible portion of the unit. Def biggest keys to our success

I looked up this guy on the Tampa Bay boards to see what people were saying about him. Not glowing reviews. Lots wanted him fired. I think special teams under him were ranked like 28th or 29th...
