Never say never especially if it’s his only HC offer

Maybe you’re right, but your Snyder ever allow it?

I hate everything about our drafts and our talent evaluators so I wouldn’t keep Kyle Smith.
He has only been the director of college scouts for months and shouldt be considered for this job.
I would take caserio (Vp of players with pats) or Decosta (ravens assit gm) as our next gm with Gregg Williams or David Shaw as HC.
In all honesty, I believe Chico would be a better gm than anyone on this stupid team.
I change my GM, if Raiders fire McKenzie, I want him

Do a little research, if you read John Keim he and many around the NFL equal Smith as a personnel evaluator to McVay as a coach. Keim wrote back during the draft that Smith ran this years draft.
I get hype but it's all hype at this point. his one draft hasn't graded out yet and he's only been director of college scouting for 8 months. This would be a big jump. Just to be clear, I want everyone cleaned out of the front office so he needs to go as well.
With that said, I can see Snyder scared of losing the next McVay and promoting him this year.

The "safe" move was keeping Gruden.
If Smith has the talent, work ethic, and that prodigy vibe, go for it, be aggressive.

If the Redskins want him, he’s gotta be a bad choice.

We’re going to watch McVay for the rest of his career like Browns fans watch Bill Bellecheck
