Bruce Allen should have been fired fuckin 5 years ago along with 3-13 Mike Shanahan.

I would've kept Shanny and fired Bruce it is clear there was a power struggle there. I would trust Mike's football IQ over Jay. Plus Mike was considered to be a disciplinarian like everyone wants leading the staff right now.
