All signs point to Bowles in Tampa bay. He’d be playing with a coach he’s worked for before and have better job security given he’d be starting time as Arians. If he came here, it could be for just one year since Gruden is likely gone if things don’t turn around. And if the HC goes, everyone could go. Tampa bay was also even worse defensively this year, so expectations would also be lower there. Here, the skins are already a middle of the pack defense, so he’d basically have one year to really make this unit elite or he’d be out looking for a job again.
