The fact that everything is silent, and there’s been no word from Washington is telling.

Also, Gruden has been there for what, 5 years? He said it himself a week before season end. That he always had a season ending, wrap up meeting with Snyder to review everything. It’s telling that it hasn’t happened this year, and Gruden hasn’t even heard from him.

Something is up. Hopefully something BIG

The least Snyder could do is call jay up to say, “I’m firing Bruce. Will you tell him for me? I’m too busy sipping on pina coladas and he doesn’t deserve the respect of hearing it from me.”

My Thinking on this whole deal is Dan needs to do what he needs to do to
bring in the people.Get out of the way but we know he won't.silence can be a good thing but then again ...not really ... Looking for that bigger pig to put lipstick on. Hope he eventually gets it right . ,You know it's only been 20 years ..

I fear the BIG move from Snyder as much as no move. Too many things are f’ed up to trust that we’re one GM or one HC or one FA signing away from getting right. Methodical tear-down and rebuild over 2-3 years is needed, and if Snyder doesn’t see it now, he should stay the course with Allen and Gruden and see it after possibly being humiliated on Hard Knocks and going 4-12 next season. By then maybe the prospect of a humbled owner, a high 2020 draft pick, and a no-place-to-go-but-up scenario would be attractive to a new FO and HC. Snyder has no credibility right now to attract talent of any consequence.

I think it’s safe to say we’re already at rock bottom, at least from a dysfunction standpoint.

Was listening to Czaban's show this afternoon and he pointed out, it's Wednesday and we still don't know if Jay gruden is the coach.

That's messed up on a whole other level.

Gruden is under contract so until someone says otherwise he’s the coach.

There is no point of firing Gruden if Allen is still here. If anything its worse. Allen hasn't been fired, so I'm glad Gruden is still here.

Bruce is problems 2-98 with this franchise. Jay and Manusky are 99,100.
