Manusky is trash and part of the problem on defense. We have a fairly talented D that he let regress.

Injuries are the most frustrating part about this whole thing. It's so random you can't even plan on it or around it. Like if we draft a QB, they'll tear their ACL walking to the podium. Hell, has anyone does a graphic? It all started with Guice, then a few games in it went downhill from there.

We have another player with a weird nerve injury?! We lost a promising starter to something like that and now we have another one. It's just crazy.

Fire Bruce Allen, Gruden and Ike Hilliard
Promote Kyle Smith to GM (he’s viewed as the Sean McVay of personnel)
Let Kyle pick his coach and QB

Yeah I'd be on board for this too. Maybe this would be a move Snyder would do since he's already "in house"...but what would he do with Doug Williams in this scenario?

Norman needs to go, Swearinger talks a big game fizzles just like last year, Mason Foster. I would get rid of them, get some cap space savings.

Jay seems like he knows what is coming in his Presser, he sounds defeated and always has the same response "well we just have to keep working" I know that is coach talk but cmon man.

He did say however "The defense is too good to be giving up 400 yards a game"

That is a little shot at Greg and the players on D IMO.

He’s already a VP and Kyle ran this years draft.

I believe in the bold part, it does not matter who is new GM. Whoever is the new GM should be the one who hires new coach (even if GM believe in Gruden and decides to stick with him). I don't really know much about Kyle Smith other than what people are saying about him - I would not oppose to promoting Kyle Smith to GM. We can only hope Snyder will come to senses and move on from Allen, or at least change his job position if he really wants to keep Allen within Redskins organization.

I am really hoping we will keep Tomsula and Gray, it is evident both coaches play significant role in shaping up our defense.

Norman still plays hard and can make plays here and there but he would have to restructure.

Jon Allen isn't that good, I know people will argue with that but the tape doesn't lie, he hardly ever wins his matchups. Idk if he's just an average player or if its a scheme thing.

Foster is what he is , slow in coverage but a good run defender.

Smith and RK have no speed off the edge, both are guys that I really wouldn't mind seeing let go.

PS: RK stop with the HBK shit already, u make plays when the games never matter 90% of the time. Also U are like 30 man, grow up.

HAHA has done jack shit since coming to DC.

DJ is good but he talks too much and doesn't always back it up.

Dunbar can't be relied on to stay healthy.

Dunbar has a nerve injury, which are the worst to predict in terms of recovery and whatnot. I think the biggest thing with him is whether this will affect him beyond this season.

I would be okay with shutting down Trent and Dunbar for the rest of the season.

I would also be looking to trade Norman, if next year is his last year and if Dunbar can come back from this injury (hence my suggestion of shutting him down). Despite of the miscues, he's had a number of picks this year, and teams will be interested in him because of that.

What tape are you referring to on Allen?

He grades as consistently as anyone on the defense week in and week out on Cooley's film breakdowns.

Allen, Payne, and Ioannidis have been the bright spots.
