Does it make anyone sick watching what McVay is doing, and we’re left with Gruden and this shit hole of a coaching staff and FO?

What could have been...

I'm pretty sure that there is nothing that can be done to change the way Dan Snyder thinks and acts as owner of the Redskins. We have put ourselves in position to be abused by Snyder and his minions simply by thinking of ourselves as fans rather than as customers of the Redskins.

I'm not even sure what a fan is or why we act the way we do as fans and allow ourselves to accept such poor quality goods and services from the Redskins that we would not accept from the other businesses we patronize. From now on, I'm a customer first and a fan second and I demand good products and services on and off the field from my NFL team. I also demand to be treated with respect and courtesy by everyone in that team's organization.

Realistically, I know I'm not going to get what I demand from Dan Snyder's Redskins. The whole truth is that I've already had enough with Snyder. I don't like the way he treats me and his other customers. So, as soon as I can get over being a lifelong Redskins fan, I'm going to to hold my nose and give the Ravens a try. My self respect as a consumer of the NFL football experience demands a better service provider. I just want to enjoy being a fan of decent NFL team and organization.Totally Agree with everything you said!

For me, however, while I'd like to root for the Baltimore Ravens, since my wife's family and three of my friends are Steelers Fans, rooting for the Ravens most likely won't be possible. So most likely I will probably adopt the Pittsburgh Steelers.

For now, I am simply a Football [emoji458] Fan. Next season I simply will 'pull for' teams that I like (Steelers, Bears, Saints, Packers, Panthers, etc) and I will still 'pull for' the Redskins, but without any real Fan Passion.

I will always be keep my label [emoji434] of Redskins Fan, but I won't go out of my way to follow the team, and I won't spend any money [emoji385] on the Redskins, until Dan Snyder changes (unlikely) or sells the team.

I kind of equate my feelings about the Redskins to a wayward family member. You will always love them, but because they have become so self destructive, you finally decided to give up on them until they decide to make a drastic change in their lives and stop their self destructive behavior.

I started following football the year Dan Snyder purchased the team. I missed Gibbs, and the days of when this was a proud franchise. Losing is all I know.

Im born and raised in an area right in the middle of Eagles and Giants territory, and it’s a long story on why I chose to follow the Skins, but I’ve always had to deal with being surrounded by Eagles and Giants fans and everything that brings. I’ve watched them have success under Reid and Peterson some from nonstop winning seasons, to countless NFC East titles, to NFC crowns, two Super Bowl appearances and a title. I’ve watched the same with the Giants winning TWO titles, and various playoff runs.

It’s been extremely hard, but I never gave up. I always showed up, and supported my team until I was Blue in the face. I’ve spent countless dollars and hours on a franchise I love so much. I’ve been the brunt of jokes and teasing at the Redskins expense.

I’ve reached the point of being enraged, and close to giving up. Apathy will set in soon, and I’m starting to show those signs. Meanwhile, most of my friends are hosting Eagles playoff game parties, again, another season. While our team is sitting at home, again, another season.

This organization has been a last place, losing, pathetic, bottom feeding, embarrassment for 20+ years now. I wish I was around when Gibbs and George Allen coached.

And you people wonder why I post the way I do......

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkSame time frame for me bro. Although I do remember the Sb game when I was 6. Seriously that was y I chose the skins. I'm from the New Orleans area, I just couldn't root for the Aints or Cowboys growing up. Been a fan my whole life but it's starting to get less and less by the years.

This is next level stuff.

Cooley was calling out the Cowboys hand signals last year.

Jay and crew don't instill enough discipline of where the eligibles should line up much less something like this.

On behalf of all Redskins fans over 30 years of age, I like to say that we are sorry that you all never got to see the Glory Years of Joe Gibbs 1.0 and the 3 Super Bowl Wins.

My only consolation is that there is some glimmer of hope for you all since this isn't the first time in the Redskins history that the franchise has gone through a long period of time losing.

My father who is 82 years old lived through the last time the Redskins were really bad in the '60's, then he has been able to live long enough to see the Gibbs Era.

I am in my mid-40's and unless Dan Snyder is forced to sell the team or forced to give up control of the team, I don't know if I personally will live long enough to see the Redskins be successful again.

My sincere hope for you younger fans is that either Dan Snyder is forced out, or you live long enough to out live the Dan Snyder ownership.

This planet doesn't need 1 more Steelers fan. They are the most non-cowboy hopped on wagon of my life time. Fuck the Steelers.

"What Dan Snyder fails to understand is that the empty stadium at FedEx Field in 2018 was not a product of 2018. The lackluster television ratings are not because of the way that Brian Lafemina sold tickets. It is about the toxic culture that has taken over the franchise for so many years. That culture in the front office is directly reflected in the below average teams that have taken the field for the last 25 years."
