Apparently the Redskins are more of a Sh!+ Show [emoji90] than what we already thought [emoji189]

Ruhskins 01-11-2019, 11:08 AM It was early spring of 2005 and I was deployed to Afghanistan. Kabul to be precise. In Bagram AFB they were having the ribbon cutting ceremony on the Pat Tillman USO center. I hopped a convoy to Bagram and was in the 3rd or 4th row out from the stage.
Attending the ceremony were a few NFL players. Most notably, Warrick Dunn and....yup....Larry Izzo.
Near the end of the ceremony, Dunn and Izzo started tossing mini footballs to the troops. I felt something hit my kevlar vest near my left shoulder and for half a second I thought someone had taken a shot at me. Looked down next to my boot and there was a Super Bowl ring. Izzos ring slipped off while tossing the footballs and it had hit me. I took a picture of it on my right hand ring finger and walked it back to him. He signed a mini-football right there and gave it to me. Still have it with all my other military memorabilia.
Highlight of that deployment.
That's a pretty awesome story!

Why are so many members of the military Dallas fans? Is it just because they dubbed themselves "America's team" back in the 70s/80s?
Schneed10 01-11-2019, 12:16 PM I've mentioned this before but it's a good time to mention this again. Please be careful about quoting these secondary 'news' sources like 24/7 sports, Redskins Wire, and others that simply find a news source and then write about it second hand.
All they do is say Chris Russell said on 106.7 that there may be a mass coaching exodus. Or say John Keim tweeted that such and such...
It's not news. Don't view it as a new piece of information from a new source that somehow lends credence to the original report. It's just an echo.
It's not to say that Chris Russell or John Keim are wrong in anything they say. But if Chris Russell says something, and 24/7 repeats it saying Chris Russell said... that's not two sources corroborating one another. That's one source, and another just repeating it for clicks.
Don't let these echo clickbait sites fool you into thinking something is gaining momentum.

I really haven't seen anybody else report much of anything that Chris Russell has been saying for the past couple of days. Russell is a drama queen and honestly he has very little credibility in my view.
I'm not saying that the dysfunction is not there, but I feel some of the more competent reporters are more in a wait-and-see mode. Hell, even PFT with their TMZ-like reporting are not picking anything up Russell is reporting.

5superbowls3wins 01-11-2019, 02:51 PM Social media is lighting up. Massive boycott and fan exodus being planned. I’ll talk about the team and still lightly follow them, but I didn’t spend a cent on them this past season, and won’t next season either.
