Mike Barrows Return?

Is anyone else concerned that at 35 this guy has not run in more than a year? It's one thing to stay in shape at that age, but another to get back in to shape.Remember in 03 he lead the NFL in tackles and had to be in excellent shap to take that kind of beating. His body has had a year of rest which may help. I also think that with age comes knowledge which is a tremendes advantage at his position.

Barrow is a workout warrior, as long as he's healthy I wouldn't worry about him getting back into top condition.

The good thing is, they are more worried about him regaining strength in the leg than they are about the pain in the knee.
