I was watching at Hooters so I didn't have the volume, but they were showing a replay of something else on the interior and in the background one of their OL had Kerrigan in like a full nelson. But no holding penalty. It seems to be perfectly legal to hold Kerrigan all the time. I noticed a couple other ones too.
Another take away from yesterday's game....if Im a Packers fan, Im seriously worried. Barely beat the Bears...tie with Vikings...and domination by the Skins.
Mike McCarthy is on the hot seat imo. Guy seems to be a little overated.
They haven't hit on the draft in a while. They might be a 4 win team without Rodgers.
We're talking about replacing guys 3 games in? With who? If there were better options on the team they'd be in there already.

I would take Joe Jacoby at WR over Doctson at this point.

Their biggest worry is Rodgers' knee. He looks to be more hurt than they're letting on. If he's going to be like that the rest of the year I don't think they can compete.
So why doesn't McCarthy go stronger with the ground game? That RB Aaron Jones kid can play...he has that "bounce" to the outside coming out the hole. Im giving him at least 15 touches going forward.
Trent Williams to have Minor Knee Surgery (https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/09/24/trent-williams-having-knee-surgery-expected-back-in-week-five/)

I'm not opposed to it I guess, but I'm not sure who I'd let go for him.

Doctson is the most disappointing player on the team. Like Ive stated...he is in an ideal situation. P Rich, CT, Reed, Crowder, AP, Alex Smith....we don't have to ask the world of him. Just anything would help.
I know we've been complaining about Ryan K, or Preston Smith, etc...but its not close...Doctson clearly needs to play better.

Yeah if you want to carve up performance by individual player and point to who's helping vs who's hurting, Josh Doctson is definitely the most disappointing. He's just not separating from anybody. No catches yesterday - he drew a couple big PI penalties which I noted before - but no catches is still disappointing.
But Matt Ioannidis is a beast. He's playing like the 1st rounder from that draft class, and Doctson is playing like the 5th rounder.

Doctson is concerning. I will say that there has been little opportunity for him so far, but there just doesn't seem to be much there. I have a feeling that the Saints game is going to require 4 quarters of high octane offense to win. If so, that's when we will need to see him do something. If he gets the looks and doesn't produce, I think we have our answer.
I also have been disappointed with JNo. I hate all the missed tackles from him so far this season, but with the overall production of the D it's hard to say that anyone is underperforming.
