Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will retire, multiple news outlets reported Wednesday.

The 83-year-old is the oldest member of the high court, and a leading liberal justice.

Breyer was nominated by President Bill Clinton in 1994.

Dems control the WH and both houses of Congress…the only obstruction we’ve seen so far in the failed Biden Presidency has been from his own party.

I think this could happen. Since there is no stopping confirmation, McConnel won't waste the opportunity to show the contrast between the GOP and the Dems in confirmation hearings. And before some of you scream about Garland - there were no hearings so no opportunities for GOP Senators to act like total asses like the Dems did with Kavanaugh and Barret.
