I had to stop following him on Twitter, he seems to always be stirring up shit

Agree with comments on Chris Russell, but that doesn’t necessarily mean there is no substance to the report that Snyder is growing impatient with BA. May be wishful thinking on my part.

Agree, but if anyone other than CR was reporting it I’d be more inclined to believe it

Regardless of the source...is it that unbelievable?

You always have to consider a source

Regardless of the source...is it that unbelievable?

You had to have a fan revolt to get rid of Vinnie (Remember the one poster's truck? and the ban on stadium signs?)

Shanahan basically revolted against DS/BA so he was fired

before that Gibbs would have stayed on, but chose to leave.

My point is that Snyder has not demonstrated the impatient firing streak that the haters in the media cling too for staff he "gets along with"(VC, JG). So unless BA and/or JG start butting heads with him out of the blue, I doubt they are just going to fired because DS is "furious".

You also have to consider the front office. Is it that unbelievable?
I get that you want to give BA the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he deserves that. Maybe not.
I would not shed a tear if a positive change is made at the head of the FO.
Allen has been here a long time. Coach is ok.

I'm definitely with Matty - if somebody other than Chris Russell said this I'd be much more inclined to put stock in it.

It's not a question of whether Bruce Allen deserves to be on the hot seat or not. It's a question of whether he actually is.

Until we get a more credible source saying this, I'm inclined to believe it's bullshit. Even though Allen deserves it.

What will most likely happen is that Bruce will deflect all of the bad stuff onto Doug Williams, who will serve as the scapegoat and be sacrificed. Which would be difficult, considering Williams is considered a hero to the 'skins for his magnificent Super Bowl performance in XXII. But still, look what's happening right now. Williams is being interviewed as if he's the GM. Allen is nowhere to be found. So, something goes south, who's in the spotlight? Doug Williams. Bruce might be willing to give Williams the credit if the 'skins are successful - at least a side note - but guarantee if the 'skins have another bad season, Williams takes the fall.

Maybe there will be an in-house promotion of sorts coming soon, but I'm not sure it should be Williams. I think you have to consider Eric Schaffer. Either way, I wouldn't hold my breath for any change - at least positive change - anytime soon.

Bruce is a politician, thats what they do.

It's Dans fault for believing his bullshit.

it would be easier to get a stadium in DC if you actually started winning instead of focusing on pant colors.
