You want a qb that is going to work with your FO, KC hasn't seemed like that at any point in his career. That said, it only becomes an issue if a team is working with KC's agent and starts to get a feeling he is not being a straight shooter with them. If KC and Denver for example are in contract negotiations, and everything is smooth, then Denver will write off all KC's negotiation faux pas as a Washington thing.
