They do deserve more than that if you want them to represent your team in a professional manor.As I said I just don't think there is a need for "cheerleaders " in pro football. I have no problem with them fighting for a larger share of the pie. They are underpaid for the hours they put in. And the lower tier seems to be not for performing cheerleaders but the backups, supporting. Still I think they should get a bump...not much more Again, simply put, you have choices.
