He is walking into a pretty good team. calia 01-14-2018, 05:21 PM He is walking into a pretty good team. And he’s a good coach; guys play with discipline on his units and he doesn’t have stars. Lots of coordinators excel in that role and flop in the HC role (Norv Turner, Wade Phillips, and Jim Swartz come to mind). So hard to predict who will be successful when taking on the additional responsibilities of a HC.
