Just heard that Bruce Arian is out as head coach in Arizona...really surprising to me. I've always thought he's a good coach. If the Redskins did move on from Gruden, I'd like him as a possible choice...especially if we still had Cousins. Maybe even as an offensive coordinator with Gruden? I'm sure he'll be a head coach somewhere though.
Pretty sure he isn’t looking for another job, he wants to retire, or at least take a break for now
Teams should definitely raise a stink with the way GB handled Rodgers. One week he’s good enough to play, the next he’s back on IR because they were out of the playoff hunt?
Sounds like they violated the “spirit of the rule” at the very least.

Exactly! What was the advantage of putting him on IR anyway other than to be able to activate another player in his place? Just let him be the 2nd or 3rd string qb for the last few games.

They definitely broke the rules and if Goodell lets them get away with it or just slaps them on the wrist then thats just another reason so many people hate him{including me}he's so arbitrary when it comes to dealing out punishments.I sure wish Jerrah would have got his way and got that dude fired

All I am saying is that if this had happen in NE with Brady all hell would be breaking loose!

Yup. It makes a good argument. Rules are only good if you enforce them, and it's yet another time the NFL looks like shit for selective enforcement.

I’m fairly sure the Packers cannot be forced by the league to release any player. If a rule has been broken in terms of ir, injury status, or disclosure then the league will penalize the team accordingly with fines up to draft picks.
Hey G1, great effort there in Arizona. What a disgraceThe penalty is that the player has to go through waivers. It reminds me of the faxes that didn't make the 4oclock deadline. Terrible for GB but they should have known. That said, I am positive GB will find a second injury that was aggravated in the game forcing AR to IR for a second separate injury.

Buccaneers’ Chris Baker incited locker room shouting match following Panthers game – ProFootballTalk (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/12/27/buccaneers-chris-baker-incited-locker-room-shouting-match-following-panthers-game/)
He's an ok-to-good DL, he's fun, but he's a locker room nightmare. Here's one I don't mind that we've let go!
Bucs are a hot mess, big disappointment this year
