Anthony Lanier’s didn’t show any tackles in the stats, but the pressure he provided was responsible for Wilson’s scrambles and Brown pursuing. I can wait to see Ionnadis, Lanier and Allen lined up. Hopefully Nsekhe comes back this week, they should let Williams rest and only use him as a backup or key games. Let him rest.

I loved the defensive plan for Wilson. It was obvious that they were playing disciplined, push the line back into the face of Wilson, and make him spin and move around. They weren't going for the kill shot, they were making him wait and move, and trust the secondary. It was fun to watch.

New Orleans has an improved defense and their offense is out of this world. I don't expect our D to be able to shut down Drew Brees and Co. so the offense better be ready to produce more than two good drives.

However, the focus should be on Minnesota. I think their D might be tougher than Seattle's, and I think Xavier Rhodes may be one of, if not the, best corner in the league. I think and hope that our Defense can handle their offense.

I’m going on a limb and say we have the best secondary in the league. Norman, Breeland, Fuller, Dunbar, Moreau, Nicholson, Hall,
Swearinger, Holsey. Plus the pressure from Kerrigan, Smith, Anderson and Gallette. If there is one player that will be fired up for NO, is Gallette.

With all the injuries you really have to give a thumbs up to all of our coaches for getting all these players ready to play.

Oh, and the 12th man can kiss my a$$.

Agreed. I think other teams have top shutdown corners, but the DBs behind them are not that great. As a unit, I think we do have the best.

I can see it being a defensive battle next week, but I also like what the offense looked like at the end of the Seattle game. I think with a healthier line, we should be able to keep that up.

Like I said, it is obvious the players like Gruden. One thing I have not seen in any game since Gruden got here is quit. That is huge. However he gets a big ole thumbs down for his bad play calling. Manusky has been nothing short of brilliant though.
That game was won with heart, grit, and determination. If we are going to go 6-2 down the stretch we need to make some major adjustments on the offense and obviously get our oline healthy.
We got two against the Giants, and the Broncos. Those should be W’s. This next game against Vikings is at home and could be a code red. Saints, Chargers, Cards not easy but all winnable games. Dallas on the road is going to he tough. Going into Seattle would have been considered one of our toughest games left though. 6-2 is doable folks. Can’t believe Im saying that.

Not sure I understood complaints about Gruden, given the recent circumstances I think he’s doing a great job

Arie Kouandjio....not bad back so far. Maybe he sticks around.

But that Tyler Catalia? is effing terrible. Really bad. Clemmings is tough to watch as well.

We need to Nseke or Silverblunt back bad...but Catalina cant be on the field anymore.

Man, Minny Defensive front is better than Seattle's and that's saying a lot. We must get Schreff back as well.

Catalina cant be on the field next week...no way.
