Second year in a row the first round draft pick has a season ending injury! You gotta be taking the sodding piss with me?

I'd love to find a site that has the stats of injuries (or maybe we've just never had depth) but we get bent over by injuries year in and year out each season. It could just be perspective, but it just seems like we have so many key players go down. :(

I knew 3-4 weeks seemed way too short for that injury. I guess we're just cursed to never have our 1st picks available to actually play.

Fortunately the long term prognosis for linsfranc surgery is good. 90% of players come back with no significant drop-off in play.

10-12 months to get back.

It sounds like they are just keeping their options open, I don't expect him back this year. Maybe if we make a deep run in the playoffs, but I don't expect that to happen either.
