Now, when is this trade going to be official? Please lord, let him pass the physical!

This dude isn't all there.

Looks like an attempt to be funny, but failed.

Some guys just aren't a culture fit for you. Definitely not a culture fit in our locker room.

I didn’t have a big problem with the Compton video. Everyone has different motivations for playing the game. Plenty of guys do just play for the paycheck, nothing wrong with that as long as you show up every day and do your job like a professional. Ultimately the issue with Cravens is he quit on his teammates right before the season, some guys will never forgive or forget that. He had to go, guys couldn’t trust him.

That said, in all walks of life those with a passion for their work tend to have better results and almost certainly foster a more conducive team environment for success. That's why they look for "football players," right?

Have you ever worked with someone who talks about coming to work like that? I think most people have, and in my experience, it drains the enthusiasm of everyone around them. Them calling out a lot or taking a long unexpected LOA certainly magnifies the problem.

Now, I and probably everyone else including Will Compton and all the other guys on the team have moments feeling like this or may make a passing comment like, "TGIF," or "will this week ever end?" But there is a huge difference between that and a full blown tense conversation about not having motivation for your work with a coworker in front of everyone that is supposed to trust and rely on you.

The leave of absence was icing on the cake, but to me any guy that would talk like this about their work is someone I would let go. It's inexcusable, you have that conversation behind closed doors if you need help. Don't drag others around you down.

Football is like anything else in life, if you lose or have lost the passion for it, you will probably never gain it back.

All true, but the Compton video is a window into Su'a's mindset. The fact that Compton felt like he needed to go there with Su'a showed that his poor attitude was showing. And if the attitude was visible to Compton it was visible to everybody in that locker room.

That's why I completely understand why the Redskins could never accept him back to the locker room. They'll all say they could accept him, publicly. But in reality, that's not the culture you want.

It's amazing, with that Compton video out there, that anybody would ever want Su'a on their team. I can't believe Elway gave up what he did.

That shit isn't a fit in any locker room. What a nut job.

Time to close this bozo's thread. He is now a part of general NFL discussion. Happy with the trade and won't miss him. Can't miss something that didn't really exist.

Interesting article of what went down, no surprise Bruce Allen had something to do with getting rid of Cravens.

Man he is a punk plain and simple, he is the typical "not my fault" crybaby ass, first of all you quit on the team and when faced with his actions he blamed everyone else... "Homesick" MFER grow a pair of nuts and go to work. I'm sorry but come on man, obviously he has some mental issues but he's a QUITTER and he was in college too from this article. Glad he's gone
