I know it's training camp/preseason, but I love that the team all seems to be moving in the same direction, no drama as of yet, and a lot of basic positive reviews. It's got to show up on the field, but this seems like it could be a real good season.

I have said it before but this the propaganda part of the season. I have learned not to get to high on those reports. Other then injury reports; show me one team that has reports coming saying they look like complete crap this year; don't bother watching them or coming to any of their games.

I get that point, but look at our last 4 training camps and you will find a lot of drama laden reporting. Mostly around the qb issues, but also around our secondary and various players. This camp has a stronger positive sense than any that I recently remember.

Well Denver's coach basically said his QB'S stunk in practice. He wasn't even trying to hide it. But you're correct, every team basically does the same thing. It's always spun how great everyone looks, blah blah blah.

Well, this year -
The Ravens have had a week long Colin Kapernik fest as well as a starting OL decide to up and retire over the CTE report

The Jaguars had a guy they brought in for a 7th round pick up and quit

And Skinsfan69 pointed to Denver's qb situation.

Throw in Dallas' Lucky issue and NYG's OBJ salary talk.

And ours is a down right happy place.

Tannehill may have jacked up that partially torn ACL from late last season. Sterling Shepherd got carted off (glad to hear he'll be ok). The Chargers may be without both their 1st and 2nd round picks all season... And don't forget about Zeke Elliott's looming suspension. I agree with you, I'm good with where we are from a lack of injury/drama.

I wish to god someone would have sign Kap because this bullshit of everytime a QB has a hint of an injury the sports media goes into their typical dumb shit speech and rehash all this crap. Nevermind that the guy sucks at football.

could you imagine if Tebow got a call before Kap? sports media would be jerking off for weeks. they would love it.

While I understand you mean camp the league looks at the "off season" and yours was less than quiet.

Once SM was fired our offseason was quiet. The media put out a LOT of noise around KC but at this point you have to think both sides knew early on that no deal would be reached, and there really wasn't real drama, just fan and media created hype. Overall, for the team as a whole this feels like it has been a very productive offseason.
