Damn the Pats signed Austin Carr!!!!!!! I was sort of hoping we would give him a look, although he is a slot guy. He fits the Pats perfectly though. He is a hard worker, smart, and definitely a football guy.

Robert Davis WR looks great on paper

Robert Davis*|*Georgia State,*WR*:*2017 NFL Draft Scout Player Profile (http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=130263&draftyear=2017&genpos=WR)

I think this kid has a chance to be something special.

"Round 6, pick 209: WR Robert Davis, Georgia State
Spencer Hall's grade: A- | Analysis: An impressive athlete and physical specimen who will need to work on his route running, but could be a steal late in round 6. Nice pick here by the Redskins."

He has speed, height, and was very productive in college.

Another player drawing praise from Gruden: seventh-rounder Josh Holsey. The defensive back took reps both at cornerback and nickelback. He likely will start out his career on the inside, but coaches have him learning both positions for now. Gruden liked what he saw from the Auburn product during one-on-one drills Friday and challenged Holsey to carry that over into team drills. Holsey displayed good quickness and instincts, getting out of breaks quickly to contest passes. On Sunday, the 5-10, 190-pounder stood out in particular when he broke on the ball on an out route and swatted the pass away along the sideline.

Really rooting for Holsey. He's had some serious adversity tearing the same ACL twice.

SOURCES TELL US "Big and beautiful with no impact on the game whatsoever. He just doesn't have the aggressiveness you need to play this game on this level." -- AFC national scout

Somebody fire this scout, we may have found a real gem. His INT reminded me of a play Sean Taylor would make. Big, fast, athletic, seemed like a natural out there.
