I don't think there are many people who frequent this site that have "trade our superstar" problems.
Dolphins fans think they can get Taylor.TheMalcolmConnection 05-31-2005, 11:33 PM I don't think there are many people who frequent this site that have "trade our superstar" problems. jdlea 05-31-2005, 11:47 PM do we sometimes sound this clueless. "taylor is not wanted in washington"???!!!!!! A lot of times we do. When people say things like Betts should start. Or Trade/Cut Arrington. We sound like we don't even know our own team. TheMalcolmConnection 05-31-2005, 11:49 PM I think those are a select few of the kiddies who come home after middle school and get online. Those are normally few and far between. GoSkins! 05-31-2005, 11:56 PM As long as I'm a member, there will be a constant danger of stupid posts!:) mooby 06-01-2005, 12:03 AM lol that was funny. but i still wonder if we sound that clueless to other fans. i do feel above dolphins fans now though. offiss 06-01-2005, 12:08 AM They saw the draft trade for campbell and figured anything possible. Sheriff Gonna Getcha 06-01-2005, 12:30 AM They saw the draft trade for campbell and figured anything possible. I know, I don't know how anyone looks at one draft and says, "that team is unstable and anything is possible with them." I mean, COME ON! We've been a model of stability, player-team loyalty, and savy spending. It's not like for the past five years we've gone on free agent binges, traded tons of draft picks (to end up with virtually none), made blockbuster trades, awarded $50+ million deals, or changed coaches! Where do they get these crazy ideas about us? :biggthump TheMalcolmConnection 06-01-2005, 12:44 AM lol that was funny. but i still wonder if we sound that clueless to other fans. i do feel above dolphins fans now though. Seriously. They were getting in-depth about it too. Sheriff Gonna Getcha 06-01-2005, 01:00 AM Seriously. They were getting in-depth about it too. Some were, some were laughing at the idea and virtually calling it Maddenitis. As for the ones who were taking it seriously, they're either really, really, really bored or really, really, really dumb. I liked the defense of Randy McMichael hitting his wife though; made me laugh my ass off. e16bball 06-01-2005, 03:05 AM Haha I honestly can't believe that the guy who said McMichael was an asshole for shoving his pregnant wife got attacked from all angles. He was absolutely pilloried. Also, I don't think I've ever laughed harder than reading the proposal of: Marty Booker, Shaun Nua, and a 3rd rounder for Sean Taylor and Rod Gardner .............Shaun f---ing Nua??? That was just too hilarious for me. I was somewhat intrigued by the guy who suggested Sam Madison, Zach Thomas, and a future pick for Taylor. That's a lot of value for a safety. Too bad the Dolphins would never do it. |
