i think Pryor will get more money than DJax and Garcon. He had 1 good year too. I would be concerned giving a lot of guaranteed money to him.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports the Steelers looked into free agent Terrelle Pryor, but lost interest when his asking price was over $10 million annually.

It speaks to potential concern over Martavis Bryant's return from suspension, in addition to Pryor's lofty price tag. While costly, $10 million per year is absolutely the going rate for a wideout of Pryor's caliber.
