A little perspective for the doom and gloomers
Redskins' GM turmoil matters less than money to potential free agents - Washington Redskins Blog- ESPN (http://www.espn.com/blog/washington-redskins/post/_/id/30446/redskins-gm-situation-matters-less-than-money-to-potential-free-agents)
Of course it matters! Quit trying to put lipstick on a pig here Matt. Just the image of turmoil might cost us snagging top talent, being relegated to signing more stop gap retreads that just take up roster space. The unprofessional atmosphere will turn people off!!!

Can't tell if you're serious but if you are blame Keim he wrote the article not me.

How come we don't see this kind of drama following an organization like the Steelers? I feel like the Browns right about now.

Because winning cures everything and people pay attention to drama (even though it is still there).
Let's not forget the Antonio Brown Facebook drama last year with the Steelers for example.
People just want to believe the Redskins are the ONLY team with drama and issues.

Just assume anything someone says, I would comment with this. :(
Listen to any caller on NFL radio and they will try to make you believe their team is the only team with issues.

Mr. Allen, I never thought this day would come. I have stuck with this team through all of the ups and downs spanning four decades. I am now officially done as a fan and sadly you had a huge hand in this.
You have put your own ego and personal comfort ahead of the needs of the organization. You have meddled in the GM process when you explicitly promised not to and your pettiness has driven the one executive that gave your fan-base any hope from Redskins Park. I sincerely doubt any remotely qualified candidate is eager to fill his shoes. No one will want to deal with you.
Mr. Snyder also shares quite a bit of blame for this unfortunate situation. It is his job to keep you in your lane and he has failed to do so. Frankly, he should fire you but I suspect his friendship with you will prevent that from happening. At least you will have someone to fiddle with while Rome burns. I would wish you well but you are incapable of even knowing what "well is".
Regretfully Yours,
James

This does feel like the most disheartening off-season in a long time, though. I feel like I had more hope when we had sexy rexy at the helm....
