Interesting article. None of it surprises me. Bruce is Dan's bitch. He's just a better spoken and slightly smarter version of Vinny Cerrato. The guy does not impress me in the least bit when it comes to NFL football knowledge. Keep winning off the field bro and stay away from building a team.

I don't know, I am as skeptical about the Post's Redskin reporting as much as it's other media information. There is a telling 4 paragraph bit near the end, that says this is mostly just a blatantly negative nancy report:
I added the bolded emphasis. I believe that the Skins have gotten their past leaks under control, so the news media doesn't have much to go on so they revert to their inherent dislike for the Skins under Snyder. (pretty sure Cleveland the most inept franchise)
That said, if BA has moved in to a Vinnie Cerrato type role where he really is undermining Scot and JG, then this off-season will be the tell-tale sign like Schneed pointed out.
Jerry Brewer is a columnist, not a reporter. You should be expecting opinion in this piece.

I feel like this is one of the problems the general public has with "Media" in general these days. (our president too, parenthetically)
Do people know what an "article" is vs what a "column" is? Do you know how to tell the difference? Do you know what is contained in one, vs the other?
If you wanted unbiased information, to which would you go?
If that's not intrinsically understood by every person with a high school education in this county, then I have questions about your high school. Because that shit was covered in every English class from grades 9-12. But I wonder.

I'll agree with one thing the media is saying right now:
It's the LACK of any statements that is truly disturbing.

After Cooley questioned McCloughan’s drinking, team’s silence speaks volumes | ProFootballTalk (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/02/22/after-cooley-questioned-mccloughans-drinking-teams-silence-speaks-volumes/)
good to see florio picked it up to bash the team
The Skins FO basically created this bullshit drama.

Its simply un-fucking-believable that a redskins employee got on the radio and broadcast this out to everyone from Redskins Park.
This is really outstanding if you think about it. How fucking dumb and the Skins could have addressed it immediately. but crickets.
Our we this stupid?

Not to be picky, but this discussion probably goes into the "In Scot We Trust?" thread. Having said that, while I don't think it's the general public's right to know what's going on with Scot McCloughan's personal demons (or if nothing is going on), I think the 'skins front office needs to comment at this point, because the conjecture of these liberal rags are just going to keep coming until it either sabotages the team in some way or until the team actually finally responds.

According to Bleacher Report's Jason Cole, the Redskins are wondering if they can sign Tony Romo if he's released by the Cowboys.
We wouldn't go as far to label this as a report, as it's more of a flimsy throwing-at-the-wall by Cole. But it's notable nonetheless since it makes a ton of sense. Long-term talks with Kirk Cousins have broken down, and it has the looks of a divorce waiting to happen. But as Cole mentions, Washington may not even get a shot at Romo if the Cowboys choose to trade him. Even if he's released, Romo and the Cowboys may have a handshake agreement that he doesn't sign with a division rival. Colt McCoy is currently the Redskins' No. 2 quarterback.
im gonna put it here cause of the Skins QB issues, but all I have to say is "Hell No"
More Rumors:
NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah "would not be shocked at all" if the Redskins and 49ers agree to a trade involving Kirk Cousins at the Combine.
Jeremiah isn't a typical Rotoworld source on the NFL side, but with draft season upon us, he definitely has an ear to the ground and talks with numerous personnel people around the league. He believes there's a "better than 50 percent" chance that Cousins isn't with the Redskins in 2017, and a deal involving Cousins going to San Francisco, possibly along with the Redskins' No. 17 overall pick, in exchange for the 49ers' No. 2 overall pick is in the cards. Furthermore, Jeremiah reports the Redskins' front office still isn't sold on committing to Cousins long-term. Washington seems intent on bungling this offense that at times over the past two seasons looked like it could be one of the best in the league. Cousins would be a massive get for the rebuilding Niners.
