EARTHQUAKE2689 01-18-2017, 07:32 PM I don't know about how he is as a prospect, but Im willing to give the guy a second chance if he comes off good behind close doors with our coaching staff and McC.
This isn't direct at you Mooby, but...
Id really like to know what happened to second chances in this country, seems like our president is pardoning a lot of criminals these days giving second chances...but you say the wrong thing on twitter and faux outrage folks want blood...ie, that person to lose a job, lose a life, etc. strange times...lotta hypocrisy
Reminds me a lot of Zeke. Fast, stout, can run between the tackles, catches well out of the backfield

Not knowing the kid, I can't speak for him, but if the impression McC got from an interview and from speaking to those close with him is that he is a changed man and he deserves a chance I would be ok with it. But he wouldn't get another one if he slipped up again. I've seen the video and I know the girl was copping an attitude with him, but you gotta maintain your composure. You don't think I haven't wanted to hit someone who was mouthing off at me? The difference is I know not to act on it.
Long story short if McC does his homework (which we know he will) and thinks Mixon is worth the chance I'll probably get over it. But he's already on his second chance, which is what Bob Stoops gave him when he welcomed him back to the program. If he screws up again, I don't want to keep giving him chances based on his athletic talent.

That works...he doesn't get another screw up for sure. It was a terrible video for sure....but if Dallas/eagles draft him then it's proven, he is a woman beater and will burn in hell
NCSUredskin 01-19-2017, 12:29 PM PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let Mel Kiper be right.....Has us taking Malik Hooker at #17, can you imagine....Norman, Cravens, Hooker, and Breeland bringing up the rear, that's a solid group....and if DHall wants to stay on he could possibly play Nickel.....

Doubt he falls to 17

Hooker really stands out when watching that defense...when you talk about Safety, you have to about having range and that guy moves from sideline to sideline well. He would be a steal. The kid from lsu is another one...

Hooker has outstanding ball skills, as well.

most hookers do
This is refreshing, Per Keim on Twitter:
Doubt he falls here. Know Skins want DL 1st. With Cravens moving there not sure Skins view as needing to take S high. But: BPA theory.
thank you Jesus

I still have my shuler jersey
I don't know about other teams worst, except the Chargers and Ryan Leaf. But RG3 was our worst draft pick ever. We would be so much better if we had just stood pat, drafted Cousins or Wilson, and used all those other picks in the RG3 trade.
Even not considering the trade, the RG3 pick was an all-time bust.
