We haven't fielded anything close to a complete team since Norv and the 1999 team. Marty's 2001 team didn't go anywhere, but they were competitive, even with Tony Banks at QB. Coach Gibb's teams were relatively solid, but nothing like the 1999 team. We are in year two of Scotty M and we have actually seemed to regress. Not blaming it all on Scott as our coaching staff is AWOL a lot of times.
