Reading the NFL drug policy, Trent should have been out the program when he went 2 years without testing positive in stage 2.(which he was in back in 2011) So he basically started over as if he's never been tested positive before. That technically means that he had to have had 2 more positive tests to get BACK into stage 2 again, which is where we are at with him. If he tests positive again, it's going to be a 10 game suspension I believe. Him skipping it wouldn't have mattered.

A point of note. Even if federally legalize, that doesn't mean that the NFL has to do away with it's drug policy.

Well it would certainly make sense for them to embrace it and adjust the policy accordingly if it were legal across the board. We're still a long way from having that conversation though.

Like I said, we have to best OL coach in the league. We'll be fine. It's a tough loss but not as bad as if Norman or kirk was lost

Ty has given up 2 sacks in 300 career snaps... I think he's going to do fine

What if Trent played for New England? What do you think Hoody would do?

I'm fairly sure he would keep an all pro left tackle to protect Brady's blindside.

Do you think that the pregnant women were smoking pot because it was legal? People who want to smoke pot do. No matter where they live.
I have friends in Colorado and have never heard any comments or issues about living there? Be more specific about the problems it has causes. Besides longer lines at the drive throughs....

The show said that when confronted by doctors about the problems pot could cause to their children's developing brain they said pot is legalk, how can it be dangerous? I agree that people who smoke pot do it no matter where they live but when pot is portrayed as a safe alternative to cigarettes its not correct. Both have health risks associated with their use.

As best I remember there are problems with DUI of pot because there's no easy test like for booze. Also problem with how it affects developing brains of people up to around 25. To be clear, I wasn't talking about the problems, 60 minutes was. Take a look at the show if you can.

The problems I did encounter in CO were stoned wait staff messing up orders all the time. That was pretty much every restaurant I went to. Also stoned ski lift attendants. None of they were bumbling or stumbling but they were pretty well lit. I talked to a few stoned bar tenders and they talked about how they smoked on break which I thought was odd since I'm sure they wouldn't be allowed to drink on break and work drunk. At the beginning of the week it was funny but by the end of the week it got old.

Yeah I know you were talking about 60 minutes. That guy needs to smoke a J. Lol. There are a ton of studies showing anything you want or choose to believe that pot will do to you. Imo it is 110% safer than a cigarette. Especially today when it is readily available in several different ways to consume besides smoking. Edibles. Vape. Wax.
I have lived on and around ski areas. I got news for you, every ski lift attendant is stoned and always has been. Legal or not. Lol.
You bought up the drinking vs smoking thing for the bar tenders. Well don't you think drinks might lead to a more rowdy/possibly violent/sick/ or reckless mood? If the bar tender gets stoned he or she might eat all the pretzels but....
Honestly I for one really do not see the problem. I think the whole world needs to slow down, relax, and laugh a little.

little surprised employers wouldn't make a condition of employment sobriety...It would make me nervous.

Nervous about what a stoned bar tender? How many stoned bar tenders do you think have served you before? How many stoned waitresses? Gimme a break.
