Wow, highly entertaining game.
This was a glass half full game as far as I'm concerned.
Cousins threw the ball away a lot but did little to no stupid things.
No to mention the 458 yards passing.
Crowder 107 yards
Reed 99 yards.
And old man Davis with with 93.
Kelly with 87 yards and a TD. Nice job young man.
The defense gave up a lot but delivered at crucial times.
Nice to see Barry blitzing a bit.
We didnt get a W because of penalties.
Almost half of them on Norman.

This team has a lot of potential, but needs a few more pieces in place to be a complete team. We need to cut the chaffe on the lines and rely on the draft.

Feeling lucky to come out of that game with the tie, all those penalties on us made me feel like we were giving the game away. I hope Morgan Moses is alright, that didn't look good. Josh Norman get your shit together. Idc about the dropped picks because I think he's still dealing with a wrist injury. But those hands to the face penalties were ridiculous.

Positives: Everything besides McVays red zone play calling, Hopkins being a scared pussy, and the refereeing.
For the most part I'm happy with how the guys played, minus our kicker.

I think we need to draft another
WR as well. We are going to dump one of the vets and Coshcton might not live up to his first round hype, much less stay on the field.

I don't see Jackson coming back next year. Crowder can replace him. I think we'll resign Garcon, so we might be in play for another receiver next year.

Can I go out and get drunk for the rest of the games if we tie? I'm torn. Damn tie, so confused emotionally.

We know Hopkins is normally reliable, I think his confidence is shaken right now. He just needs to get back into the right frame of mind and we should be alright. He used to be automatic under 50.
As for the WR's, if Jackson's second half of the season is like the first they might not resign him, but I like Crowder where he's at. Having a dangerous slot receiver is a great weapon. Ryan Grant can go, I have yet to see anything I like from him. And I seriously can't believe people are already giving up on Doctson, like literally have you ever dealt with an Achilles injury before? That's one of the worst injuries a football player can have. I think they were hoping it would heal and he could play this year but it's not surprising at all that it isn't healing the way they were hoping it would.

The referees missed a flying missile into the side of Jackson's head, that knocked him out of the game, and Crowder almost getting his neck broke, but somehow they were able to see the smallest most minuscule contact on Garcon for the softest penalty in NFL history. Just amazing. The NFL better say something about this game. Gooddell, do something you bum.

I'll give Hopkins the benefit of the doubt one more time, but if he misses any more big kicks I'm over him. There is just no excuse for a pro kicker to miss that. None!
Agree, injuries happen, and we don't "need" him right now anyways. I'm excited to see him play next year. Get that thing in a boot and get it right.
