I truly believe that the MAIN ISSUE with the team is coaching and front office.. they can't seem to make adjustments at all on the fly. And for what it is worth IF they score on that hail mary /win the game do you guys think the attitude towards Cousins would be different? I still can't believe they passed on Dline help in the draft to get JD.they are loaded at wr and could have traded down and got more Dline help.. WR are getting like RB's you can find them later in draft. IF the skins had a pass rush we win the game even with Kirk having issues..I am rambling on but I have been die hard since 1969 and this is getting hard to even watch this team. I was lucky enough to have been there during the glory years and we won so many games because of adjustments made at halftime and the team always had strong OL and DL ..they won with QB's that really are not that much better than COUSINS. guys is it ever going to get better or is this it?? I used to feel sorry for the browns, lions fans but I believe we are worse than them..and I'm not sure we will beat the Browns.

To keep brining up the amount Kirk is making is asinine. He's only making that much because it's the amount we had to pay him to obtain our best option at QB. The guy played lights out the season before. Any rightful minded GM is going to obtain that guy and build around the team.
So please stop saying "He's not making his money". It's what we had to pay for the best option we had at the time.
It's numbing dumb to keep reading people saying that dumb shit. The dollar amount hasn't affected the team financially and we are below the cap. If he doesn't work out, so be it.
+ Josh Norman, Pass Rush

While I agree that most of his end zone incompletions where fades, I question why the coaches repeatedly called for fades to the point where it was almost predictable what their calls would be inside the Red Zone.

Positives:
It's only game 2 of a 16 game season.
Norman is earning that contract.
Running game looked decent.
WRs/TEs did a good job
Negatives:
This coaching staff is in over there heads and it shows big time.
Why is Joe Barry coaching this defense? We could have had Wade Phillips.
Kirk Cousins has shit the bed two weeks in a row. I'm so glad we didnt' pony up a big contract for him and I see why McLovin was hesitant to do so.
Still not sure why this team didn't address the DL in the off-season. It shows big time.
Run game does well. We go away from run.
If this shit doesn't change fast, I'm all for cleaning house on the coaching staff at the end of the season. This time, we should get a defensive minded coach.

According to Kirk yesterday on the radio, the fades were his option calls at the line. He had an option to run on those plays and chose to do the fades. I guess he figured that shit worked in practice a couple of times that he would do it in game.

Glad Cousins doesn't invest my money, with his decision making I'd be broke in no time.

can we sign terrance knighton to a 1 year deal?
i know he doesn't have a high motor but he can clog it up. we have a shit ton of cap space, we have 6 cbs and 6 safeties; we can cut a safety to make room.

Good article here, not sure where it goes.
We need to remember this is only year two of McC's rebuild. I'd say we have another 2 years until we REALLY compete
