Didn't venture into Fenway/Back Bay when I was in Boston in April. Row 34 (http://row34.com/) and Trillium's Fort Point location are in Fort Point/Seaport. CBC and Lord Hobo are over near MIT. It's a great town. Have fun!

I was in Boston for the Skins game last year. Despite the blowout and 15 dropped passes, me and my girlfriend had a great time.

- I lived near Fenway back in the 90s and they've cleaned it up quite a bit since then. Lots of little bars and restaurants in that area.

- Back Bay area always nice...between Beacon-Boylston and Arlington-Mass Ave.

- We walked through Boston Common (Arlington) then made our way through the downtown area to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. Very nice.

- I also like to walk around Harvard Square in Cambridge. A little out of the way but a beautiful campus and you will feel smarter walking through there. :)

- Walking through Brookline is nice too (home of the Kennedy house, not far from Fenway area). We stumbled on a pretty solid bbq restaurant in Brookline too Village Smokehouse (http://villagesmokehouse.com/)

- Finally a walk/run/bike along the river is always fun. Either on the Boston side near BU, or on the Cambridge side.

Great city. Enjoy!

Had an amazing weekend in Boston, awesome city. Saw Pearl Jam at Fenway on Friday night, not sure I'll ever see a more epic show. Ate and drank our away around the Fenway neighborhood area, can't wait to get back there to see more of the city someday.

Are you staying on the cape or going to the Vineyard?

Woods Hole, Falmouth and Chatham are the only towns I know and it's been some years.
