The Redskins have always found a way to get the guy they want not necessarily what they need though as per Albert Haynsworth.Carolina did let Steve Smith go after a pretty long and great career not true with Norman.I find it pretty amusing that the Skins fans blame even bad weather on John Mara.:)

Why would we not blame bad weather on Mara? Maybe if he cared more about the environment we wouldn't experience crappy weather all the time.

Great article. Scot's running this show. Glad to see Snyder finally came to his senses and seems to be completely out of the equation.

I must admit, at first I was against this solely because of the money. But it's sounding like the contract works for both the team and Norman, so I'm great with it! I've been reading all the shit other fans have been talking. Knowing good and well they wanted him on their team! Too bad! The plan is coming together beautifully! If Kirk continues his upward trend, the Redskins are going to easily be one of the best teams in the league by 2017.

They are also motivated, even though they are getting more money. The Carolina/Norman story is pretty interesting. If he is anywhere close to what he was last season, this is a good signing.
