Was it the V6 or the 4 cylinder? over the mountain 04-12-2016, 01:27 PM feels like a 4 cylinder. im test driving a pre-owned CRV, Santa Fe and Sportage this weekend and will probably pick one. my old mercedes would crush this accord off the line. not that i need acceleration anymore. only needed to safely change lanes and merge in fast moving traffic at this point in my neutered adult family life. mredskins 04-12-2016, 01:50 PM feels like a 4 cylinder. im test driving a pre-owned CRV, Santa Fe and Sportage this weekend and will probably pick one. my old mercedes would crush this accord off the line. not that i need acceleration anymore. only needed to safely change lanes and merge in fast moving traffic at this point in my neutered adult family life. Test drove a V4 '12 accord and knew immediately that it wasn't going to work. Satisfied with the V6. GF just bought a '16 CRV and loves it. No crazy bells and whistles but it gets the job done. metalskins 04-13-2016, 04:24 PM feels like a 4 cylinder. im test driving a pre-owned CRV, Santa Fe and Sportage this weekend and will probably pick one. my old mercedes would crush this accord off the line. not that i need acceleration anymore. only needed to safely change lanes and merge in fast moving traffic at this point in my neutered adult family life. Yes, that's why I went with the V6 Accord. There was no way I would have went from a V8 Mustang down to a four-cylinder. If I was Ok with that drop of power, I would have rather picked the Civic. Now, my car does OK, especially if I put it down in sport mode. But it isn't an exciting car by any means. It's got most of all the bells and whistles, but it's not one of those cars where you sit around coming up with reasons why you have to hop in the car and head up to town. Honestly, the way people drive around here, I might have to consider a Hummer. Something that is built like a tank. I feel like either a fast sports car that I can get in and out of traffic quickly or a big army tank of a vehicle where if it gets hit, I stand a fighting chance. los panda 09-15-2016, 06:42 PM so jelly of quake's late 60's chevelle. my #1 dream car is a '69 chevelle ss, blue w white stripes. *drools* i bought this puppy 3 years ago, just paid it off. she's in the shop after getting wrecked by a drunk driver, my rental is a 2016 sante fe, it's fun to drive, 290 hp, but bad on gas. 2013 toyota prius c, i average 55 mpg, over 70 mpg when traffic is crawling. i bought a cd receiver, speakers, 5 channel amp, 8" subwoofer, and all the necessary cables/parts to hook it up. i installed everything myself (thanks google and youtube!) over the course of 4-5 weekends. the only thing i didn't do myself was build the subwoofer box, i sent my specs to a shop for them to build it. same for the spacers i needed to install the speakers in the doors. http://i.imgur.com/fD63PBL.jpg Chico23231 05-25-2018, 11:57 AM 2015 GMC Sierra 4X4 Z71 Package Black...haven't had a truck in 15 years.
