Houston makes the most sense to me. They have absolutely nobody at QB and they need to win now. I believe RGIII would start there and that he would help them more than anyone they could draft. I also think that the Texans' strong defense and the fact that they are located in Texas where RGIII has family and many fans would appeal to him.

I'd love to see RGIII revive his NFL career. He's a good man and he deserves another shot as an NFL starter.

p.s. It's a 3 hour drive from his hometown of Cpperas Cove, TX to Houston.

I think Houston makes the least amount of sense just because of the offense that they run. Obrien would want a pure drop back QB, not one that struggles from the pocket. I think the Rams have the most desperate QB situation right now, Fischer has had mobile QB's in the past and that's where he'll probably end up.

I agree.

When it comes to RGIII, the biggest question is not where he will play in 2016. For me the bigger question that be needs to be answered is: can RGIII develop into a successful NFL pocket passer?
If not, he will not be able to stay healthy or play well enough to keep a starting job. He will bounce around the NFL until no team wants him and plays in Canada. That makes where he plays next year pointless.

His 2012 success was in large part dependent on him being a running threat and that contradicts directly to his injury prone history and inability to take the pounding running NFL QB's take. Not to mention his terrible penchant of holding on to the ball way too long and improvising. That shit is a sack, injury and turnover waiting to happen. That shit has to stop or he will not survive in the NFL.
So doing it (being a pocket passer) all summer in practice is one thing. Doing successfully in a game is another animal and up to now he has not proven he can do it. Time will tell.
He would be better served to go to a talented team that already has a starter, like Dallas or KC or Philly and develop behind a good Qb. If thrown into a starting role, recent history (2013, 2014 and 2015) shows he is not ready.

well reports from this year is RGIII really didn't take advantage of his time to really relearn his game this last year, so... i'd guess he's most likely to bounce around unless he finds someone that wants to run a version of zone read (until he gets hurt again and gets even slower).

patrick ramsey never got better or had a 2012 type year and he managed to hang around for over 7 years, so... i wouldn't be predicting the CFL any time soon.

If he didn't, that's really disappointing. I hoped, even though I know he won't be on the Skins, that the year off to heal, and learn the position as more of a pocket passer would let him come back in the league as a better QB.

Fisher would want him just so he can stare himself in the eye in a mirror somewhere and touch himself gently knowing he got ALL the players including the picks.

Can you imagine the Redskins playing the Rams and Fisher sending out RGIII and all the players the Rams got in the trade for him for the coin toss?

Yes I could.
Fisher is a big enough douche to do that.

Then we would crush them 31 to 3.

Didn't the Rams just cut one or two of those players?
